Garage Pros Houston provides garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services in the Houston, TX area. This page explains what information we collect from customers and website visitors, how we use it, and how you can request that it be deleted. Information We Collect
When you request a quote, book a service, or contact us through this website, phone, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram, we collect the information needed to schedule and complete your service: your name, phone number, service address, and a description of the garage door issue. We do not collect payment card numbers or other sensitive personal data through these channels.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information only to schedule your appointment, dispatch a technician, provide service updates and reminders (by call, text, or message), and follow up about the service you requested. We do not use your information for anything beyond coordinating and delivering that service.
Where Your Information Is Stored
Customer and job information is stored in Workiz, the field-service management software we use to run our business, and within our Facebook and Instagram business messaging tools for message history. These systems are accessed only by Garage Pros Houston staff.
We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your information with anyone outside Garage Pros Houston, except the service providers named above that we use to run our business (Workiz and Meta/Facebook Messenger).

Like most websites, garageproshouston.com may use basic cookies and analytics tools to understand site traffic and improve the site. These do not collect sensitive personal information.
How to Request Deletion of Your Information
You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time by calling us at 713-835-8819 or emailing garageprohouston@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Information.” Please include your name and phone number so we can locate your record. We will confirm and complete deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep certain records (such as invoices) for legal or accounting purposes.
